Shipping and Returns Policies

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery within the continental U.S., and 7 to 10 days for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available through this website. Check with your local bookstores, or order the ebook version through an online book distributor.
